- A Desktop or Laptop running Microsoft Windows or Mac
- Access to the internet.
- 5MB Hard Drive Space.
- Our Secure Remote Desktop Software (Which provides an ID & Password that changes everytime you open it which makes your PC secure).
- A phone call to 011 794 5415 to let us know about your problem, and to give us the ID and Password that our remote desktop software provides you with.

Onsite Support:
When you need a technician onsite, give us a ring and we'll be right over! Our technicians will be able to assist you with any IT problems you may have. Regular scheduled maintenance call outs can also be arranged to constantly make sure your equipment is running smoothly.
